La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Jacksonville TX

I can’t believe I have traveled back and forth through Jacksonville,Tx and never stayed here . Let me tell you the staff is amazing kind and welcoming . The price worth every single penny !! I’m a disabled nurse my husband is retired Vetern and we have a young son and service dog .. Usually when we travel we get met with looks and concerns as we check In however , here we felt so welcomed that we extended our one night stay and now are looking forward to our travels to Jacksonville Thank you p.s. our room was a vision of perfection in a small modest town . -Samadi Family Room #120

It's quite after 10pm. The ac goes to 65 or less. Room is Clean, the bed is comfortable and they have cartoon network. Checked all 5 of my boxes

The lobby, room and hallways were very clean and accommodating. I did not get a chance to go into the (inside pool) pool area but in passing i saw it looked clean and inviting. I have to give special thanks to Valerie (I hope i got her name right). We, unfortunately, were there for the funeral of my oldest grandchild. (Just turned 17 in 6 weeks ago) I only share this to express the emotions of the situation. If you make an online reservation with a credit card but wish to pay in cash upon arrival they require a $200 cash deposit. My work family and seniors had taken a collection for our unplanned trip. My boss had made the reservation with her credit card and emailed the receipt. I tried to check-in the day before per the welcome email i had received and discovered the $200 deposit requirement which I did not have. The email invites you to respond with any information that would make your stay better. I advised of our situation, the emotional and financial strain and mindset. The next day I told my boss about the deposit and she called. She was told, rather rudely and completely void of compassion, that whoever had waived her deposit like 2 years earlier due to a similar situation, was not doing their job correctly and there would be no waiving of ANY fees or deposits for ANY reason. The next day as I was finishing our packing, Valerie called to advise the would most definitely be waiving the deposit. I cried. She was still there when i checked in. She not only waived the deposit, she gave us a discounted rate as well. On one of the most devastating days of my life she gave me a little bit of security, a reason to smile and be thankful. Thank you Valerie, and thank you La Quinta Inn.

La Quinta Inn & Suites in Jacksonville, TX is a great place to stay! The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day of travel. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything you need. I really appreciated the convenient location and the amenities, including free breakfast and Wi-Fi. Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

It was really easy to find, the people at the desk were super nice. There is a Dollar General right next door, so it is very convenient. You can walk it. It was just a bit dirty, not bad. But the elevator was not cleaned, everything was just not what you would expect at a hotel. The room was decent, I would stay again. I was taken back a bit, we stayed one night. The housekeeper left an envelope with her cash app information on it for a tip. The room wasn't that clean and I don't feel like we should have had to tip. We didn't stay but overnight, and left the next morning.

Enjoyed it! Loved the front desk staff, so kind and personable! Especially, Melissa and Tay ( I believe that's his name). Also, Tina and the other housekeeping staff were great! I was having a difficult time with my autistic son, but they all made me feel at home. All the staff treated us with nothing but kindness and grace! Give them all raises!!

Okay…..this one is for the manager: Stephanie; a place like this isn’t this fabulous on a whim! To have all your employees take pride in their work that clearly shows throughout the whole experience of your stay…requires a damn good respectable leader. This doesn’t happen on a whim or by coincidence. Outstanding! Always going above & beyond and truly caring about the guest & guest needs. Just, WoW!

I had a wonderful stay at La Quinta. The breakfast was great and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Staff at the front desk made yow feel welcomed. Will be stayed at this location again when visiting my family.

The receptionist/check in clerk/host... or whatever her title is, was wonderful! Hailey was amazing! She went above and beyond to assist with everything. She is definitely a big asset to her company! I just can't say enough about how impressed I was with her helpfulness & how courteous she is! Thank you for employing such an competent person!!!

Excellent front desk service was helpful and accommodating, housekeeping was also amazing and provided fresh towels daily and our room was very clean, comfortable, and the air conditioning was nice and cool. The breakfast is the best we have had compared to the numerous hotels we have stayed at. It’s a safe and secure hotel with cameras in the parking lot. Everything excelled our expectations. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant La Quinta Update: stayed at La Quinta Inn & Suites last week and once again we had another fabulous visit. The staff and housekeeping is top notch and huge thank you to Stephanie Bradley for setting us up with the beautiful room and great price. Will be returning soon and cannot give this place enough gold stars and thank yous
